Note: These terms govern the use of ecosystem.intheeu.com and Ecosystem RENTRI services. Please read them carefully before using the platform or submitting an access request. The RENTRI Check is an informational tool and does not constitute regulatory or legal advice.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Site and Service. By using the Site or submitting an access request, the User fully accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Those who do not accept the terms are invited not to use the Service.
The Service is currently in Early Access. During this phase:

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of operational data entered (FIR, registries, invoices). The Provider supplies the tools but does not verify the content of generated documents.
The Service, software, "Ecosystem" brand, logos, texts and website content are the exclusive property of WIDE di D. Papa and/or æ Aeonian Engineering Limited. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited. Operational Data entered by the User remains the User's property.
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Where the Service involves processing data on behalf of the User (e.g. company and individual data in FIRs), the parties will enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR upon account activation.
The Provider supplies tools to support RENTRI and FatturaPA regulatory compliance, but does not guarantee the compliance of data entered by the User and is not a substitute for legal or tax advice. The User remains solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance.
The RENTRI Check on the website is purely indicative and does not constitute regulatory, legal or tax advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for:
The Provider's maximum liability to the User, for any cause, is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of:
The User may withdraw at any time by sending notice to info@intheeu.net. Upon withdrawal, Operational Data may be exported within 30 days of the withdrawal date.
The Provider may update these Terms and Service features. Material changes will be notified with at least 14 days' advance notice by email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after such period constitutes acceptance of the changes. If the User does not accept, they may withdraw as provided in section 8.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples, unless otherwise required by mandatory law (e.g. consumer jurisdiction rules). Users acting as consumers under D.Lgs. 206/2005 are entitled to the protections of the Italian Consumer Code. For disputes arising in other EU member states, applicable EU consumer protection regulations apply.
