3.1 Dati di navigazione

I sistemi informatici acquisiscono automaticamente alcuni dati tecnici trasmessi dai browser: indirizzo IP, browser e sistema operativo, URL richiesta, ora e data. Questi dati sono necessari per la sicurezza, il corretto funzionamento del sito e la diagnosi di problemi tecnici. Non sono utilizzati per la profilazione degli utenti.

3.2 Dati forniti volontariamente

Quando invii una richiesta tramite il modulo di contatto del sito, raccogliamo: nome, indirizzo email, nome azienda (facoltativo), ruolo professionale (facoltativo), provincia (facoltativa) e il testo del messaggio. Questi dati sono necessari per rispondere alla tua richiesta.

Quando accedi alla piattaforma Ecosystem come utente registrato, vengono trattati i dati necessari all'erogazione del servizio (anagrafica azienda, utenti, dati relativi ai formulari rifiuti e alle fatture). Questi sono disciplinati dall'Accordo di Servizio e dal DPA stipulato all'attivazione dell'account.

3.3 Check RENTRI

Il Check RENTRI disponibile nel sito è uno strumento di autovalutazione che elabora le selezioni dell'utente esclusivamente nel browser locale. Nessun dato inserito nel Check viene inviato ai nostri server o a terze parti.

3.1 Navigation data

Computer systems automatically acquire technical data transmitted by browsers: IP address, browser and OS, requested URL, date and time. These data are necessary for security, proper functioning and technical diagnostics. They are not used for user profiling.

3.2 Voluntarily provided data

When you submit a contact request via the website form, we collect: name, email address, company name (optional), professional role (optional), province (optional) and message text. These data are necessary to reply to your request.

When you access the Ecosystem platform as a registered user, data necessary for service delivery are processed (company details, users, waste form and invoice data). These are governed by the Service Agreement and DPA entered into at account activation.

3.3 RENTRI Check

The RENTRI Check on the website is a self-assessment tool that processes user selections exclusively in the local browser. No data entered in the Check is sent to our servers or any third party.

• Erogazione del servizio Ecosystem - esecuzione del contratto (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sicurezza e prevenzione abusi - legittimo interesse del Titolare (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Adempimenti di legge - obbligo legale (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), ove applicabile.

Non utilizziamo i dati per marketing diretto, profilazione automatizzata o decisioni automatizzate con effetti giuridici sull'interessato.

• Responding to contact requests - pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
• Providing the Ecosystem service - contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security and abuse prevention - legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Legal obligations - legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), where applicable.

We do not use data for direct marketing, automated profiling or automated decisions with legal effects on data subjects.

• Log tecnici di navigazione: conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario a sicurezza e diagnosi, comunque non oltre 12 mesi salvo obblighi di legge.
• Richieste di contatto: conservate per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e i successivi contatti, non oltre 2 anni dall'ultimo scambio.
• Dati della piattaforma: conservati per la durata del contratto e per gli ulteriori periodi previsti dalla normativa fiscale e contabile applicabile (es. 10 anni per documenti fiscali).

• Technical navigation logs: retained for the minimum time necessary for security and diagnostics, in any case no longer than 12 months unless legally required.
• Contact requests: retained for the time necessary to handle the request and subsequent communications, no longer than 2 years from the last exchange.
• Platform data: retained for the duration of the contract and for any additional periods required by applicable tax and accounting regulations (e.g. 10 years for fiscal documents).

Non cediamo dati personali a terzi per finalità di marketing o profilazione. I dati possono essere condivisi con:

• Fornitori tecnici (es. hosting, infrastruttura cloud) che operano come Responsabili del Trattamento sotto le istruzioni del Titolare;
• Autorità pubbliche ove richiesto da obbligo di legge.

Qualora parte dell'infrastruttura tecnica coinvolga soggetti stabiliti fuori dallo Spazio Economico Europeo (es. Hong Kong), il trasferimento avviene con misure di garanzia adeguate ai sensi del Capo V GDPR (clausole contrattuali tipo o meccanismi equivalenti riconosciuti).

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing or profiling purposes. Data may be shared with:

• Technical service providers (e.g. hosting, cloud infrastructure) acting as Data Processors under the Controller's instructions;
• Public authorities where required by law.

Where part of the technical infrastructure involves entities established outside the European Economic Area (e.g. Hong Kong), the transfer is made with adequate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent recognised mechanisms).

In qualità di interessato hai il diritto di:

• Accesso - ottenere conferma del trattamento e copia dei dati (art. 15 GDPR);
• Rettifica - aggiornare o correggere dati inesatti (art. 16);
• Cancellazione - chiedere la rimozione dei dati nei casi previsti (art. 17);
• Limitazione - richiedere la limitazione del trattamento (art. 18);
• Portabilità - ricevere i dati in formato strutturato (art. 20);
• Opposizione - opporti al trattamento basato su legittimo interesse (art. 21);
• Reclamo - presentare reclamo al Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (garanteprivacy.it).
