• "Fornitore": WIDE di D. Papa（意大利）, titolare del marchio e responsabile del servizio verso l'Utente, con supporto tecnologico di æ Aeonian Engineering Limited (Hong Kong).
• "用户"：访问网站或服务的任何自然人或法人。
• "账户"：允许访问服务功能的注册档案。
• "运营数据"：用户在平台中输入的数据（FIR、登记册、发票等）。
• "早期访问"：活跃开发阶段，服务在正式发布前以有限方式提供。

• "Service": the Ecosystem RENTRI SaaS platform, accessible via ecosystem.intheeu.com, and related tools for FIR management, waste registries, e-invoicing and linked modules.
• "Provider": WIDE di D. Papa (Italy), brand owner and service provider to the User, with technology support from æ Aeonian Engineering Limited (Hong Kong).
• "User": any natural or legal person accessing the Site or Service.
• "Account": the registered profile enabling access to Service features.
• "Operational Data": data entered by the User into the platform (FIR, registries, invoices, etc.).
• "Early Access": the active development phase in which the Service is available on a limited basis before official release.

本服务目前处于早期访问阶段。在此阶段：

• 可用功能可能与最终版本有所不同；
• 可能发生中断、限制或未经通知的变更；
• 服务提供商收集用户反馈以改进产品；
• 此阶段适用的商业条件可能在正式发布时确认或修改，并提前通知。

参与早期访问不保证以相同条件持续访问最终服务。

The Service is currently in Early Access. During this phase:

• Available features may differ from the final version;
• Interruptions, limitations or changes may occur without prior notice;
• The Provider collects user feedback to improve the product;
• Commercial conditions applied during this phase may be confirmed or amended at official launch, with prior notice.

Participation in Early Access does not guarantee continued access to the final Service on the same terms.

• 不试图损害服务的安全性或完整性。

用户对输入的运营数据（FIR、登记册、发票）的准确性和完整性负全责。服务提供商提供工具，但不验证生成文件的内容。

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration;
• Keep access credentials confidential and immediately notify any unauthorised access;
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable law (including D.Lgs. 152/2006, RENTRI regulations, D.Lgs. 127/2015 on e-invoicing);
• Not enter false data, unlawful content or third-party protected material without authorisation into the platform;
• Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of operational data entered (FIR, registries, invoices). The Provider supplies the tools but does not verify the content of generated documents.

个人数据处理受 Informativa Privacy. 如服务涉及代表用户处理数据（如FIR中的公司和个人数据），双方将在账户激活时依据GDPR第28条签订数据处理协议（DPA）。

服务提供商提供工具以支持RENTRI和FatturaPA法规合规，但不保证用户输入数据的合规性，也不替代法律或税务顾问。用户对自身法规合规负全责。

网站上的RENTRI检查纯属参考性质，不构成监管、法律或税务建议。

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Where the Service involves processing data on behalf of the User (e.g. company and individual data in FIRs), the parties will enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR upon account activation.

The Provider supplies tools to support RENTRI and FatturaPA regulatory compliance, but does not guarantee the compliance of data entered by the User and is not a substitute for legal or tax advice. The User remains solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance.

The RENTRI Check on the website is purely indicative and does not constitute regulatory, legal or tax advice.

在适用法律允许的范围内，服务提供商不对以下情况承担责任：

• 因计划维护、技术故障或不可抗力导致的服务中断；
• 因不当使用服务或用户输入数据造成的损失；
• 因用户数据不合规导致的处罚或法规后果；
• 因用户行为或服务提供商合理控制范围以外的事件导致的数据丢失。

服务提供商对用户的最大责任，无论何种原因，均限于用户在损害事件发生前12个月内为服务支付的金额。

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to planned maintenance, technical failures or force majeure;
• Damages arising from improper use of the Service or from data entered by the User;
• Penalties or regulatory consequences arising from non-compliance of the User's data;
• Data losses attributable to User conduct or events beyond the Provider's reasonable control.

The Provider's maximum liability to the User, for any cause, is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

服务提供商保留在以下情况下暂停或终止服务访问的权利：

• 违反本条款；
• 未付款（针对付费方案）；
• 将服务用于非法或欺诈目的。

用户可随时通过发送通知至 info@intheeu.net. 撤约后，运营数据可在撤约之日起30天内导出。

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Non-payment (for paid plans);
• Use of the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

The User may withdraw at any time by sending notice to info@intheeu.net. Upon withdrawal, Operational Data may be exported within 30 days of the withdrawal date.
