1. Definizioni
1. Definitions
- "Servizio": la piattaforma SaaS Ecosystem RENTRI, accessibile tramite ecosystem.intheeu.com, e i relativi strumenti di gestione FIR, registri rifiuti, fatturazione elettronica e moduli collegati.
- "Fornitore": WIDE di D. Papa (Italia), titolare del marchio e responsabile del servizio verso l'Utente, con supporto tecnologico di æ Aeonian Engineering Limited (Hong Kong).
- "Utente": qualsiasi persona fisica o giuridica che accede al Sito o al Servizio.
- "Account": il profilo registrato che consente l'accesso alle funzionalità del Servizio.
- "Dati Operativi": i dati inseriti dall'Utente nella piattaforma (FIR, registri, fatture, ecc.).
- "Early Access / Accesso Anticipato": la fase di sviluppo attiva in cui il Servizio è disponibile in accesso limitato prima del rilascio ufficiale.
- "Service": the Ecosystem RENTRI SaaS platform, accessible via ecosystem.intheeu.com, and related tools for FIR management, waste registries, e-invoicing and linked modules.
- "Provider": WIDE di D. Papa (Italy), brand owner and service provider to the User, with technology support from æ Aeonian Engineering Limited (Hong Kong).
- "User": any natural or legal person accessing the Site or Service.
- "Account": the registered profile enabling access to Service features.
- "Operational Data": data entered by the User into the platform (FIR, registries, invoices, etc.).
- "Early Access": the active development phase in which the Service is available on a limited basis before official release.
2. Oggetto e accettazione

I presenti Termini regolano l'accesso e l'utilizzo del Sito e del Servizio. Utilizzando il Sito o inviando una richiesta di accesso, l'Utente accetta integralmente i presenti Termini e la Informativa Privacy. Chi non accetta le condizioni è invitato a non utilizzare il Servizio.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Site and Service. By using the Site or submitting an access request, the User fully accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Those who do not accept the terms are invited not to use the Service.
3. Accesso anticipato (Early Access)
3. Early Access
Il Servizio è attualmente in fase di Accesso Anticipato. In questa fase:
- Le funzionalità disponibili possono variare rispetto alla versione definitiva;
- Potrebbero verificarsi interruzioni, limitazioni o modifiche senza preavviso;
- Il Fornitore raccoglie feedback dagli utenti per migliorare il prodotto;
- Le condizioni economiche applicate in questa fase potranno essere confermate o modificate al rilascio ufficiale, con comunicazione preventiva.
La partecipazione all'Accesso Anticipato non garantisce l'accesso continuato al Servizio definitivo alle stesse condizioni.
The Service is currently in Early Access. During this phase:
- Available features may differ from the final version;
- Interruptions, limitations or changes may occur without prior notice;
- The Provider collects user feedback to improve the product;
- Commercial conditions applied during this phase may be confirmed or amended at official launch, with prior notice.
Participation in Early Access does not guarantee continued access to the final Service on the same terms.
4. Obblighi dell'Utente
4. User Obligations
L'Utente si impegna a:
- Fornire informazioni accurate e aggiornate durante la registrazione;
- Mantenere riservate le credenziali di accesso e notificare immediatamente eventuali accessi non autorizzati;
- Utilizzare il Servizio in conformità alla normativa vigente (incluso D.Lgs. 152/2006, normativa RENTRI, D.Lgs. 127/2015 in materia di fatturazione elettronica);
- Non inserire nella piattaforma dati falsi, contenuti illeciti o materiale protetto da diritti di terzi senza autorizzazione;
- Non tentare di compromettere la sicurezza o l'integrità del Servizio.
L'Utente è l'unico responsabile della correttezza e completezza dei dati operativi inseriti (FIR, registri, fatture). Il Fornitore mette a disposizione gli strumenti ma non verifica il contenuto dei documenti generati.
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration;
- Keep access credentials confidential and immediately notify any unauthorised access;
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable law (including D.Lgs. 152/2006, RENTRI regulations, D.Lgs. 127/2015 on e-invoicing);
- Not enter false data, unlawful content or third-party protected material without authorisation into the platform;
- Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of operational data entered (FIR, registries, invoices). The Provider supplies the tools but does not verify the content of generated documents.
5. Proprietà intellettuale

Il Servizio, il software, il marchio "Ecosystem", i loghi, i testi e i contenuti del sito sono di proprietà esclusiva di WIDE di D. Papa e/o æ Aeonian Engineering Limited. È vietata qualsiasi riproduzione, distribuzione o utilizzo commerciale senza autorizzazione scritta. I Dati Operativi inseriti dall'Utente rimangono di proprietà dell'Utente.
The Service, software, "Ecosystem" brand, logos, texts and website content are the exclusive property of WIDE di D. Papa and/or æ Aeonian Engineering Limited. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited. Operational Data entered by the User remains the User's property.
6. Dati e compliance normativa
6. Data & Regulatory Compliance
Il trattamento dei dati personali è disciplinato dalla Informativa Privacy. Ove il Servizio preveda il trattamento di dati per conto dell'Utente (es. dati di aziende e persone fisiche nei FIR), le parti sottoscriveranno un apposito accordo di responsabili del trattamento (DPA) ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR all'attivazione dell'account.
Il Fornitore fornisce strumenti per supportare l'adempimento normativo RENTRI e FatturaPA, ma non garantisce la conformità dei dati inseriti dall'Utente né si sostituisce a un consulente legale o fiscale. L'Utente rimane il solo responsabile della propria compliance normativa.
Il Check RENTRI disponibile nel sito è puramente orientativo e non costituisce consulenza normativa, legale o fiscale.
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Where the Service involves processing data on behalf of the User (e.g. company and individual data in FIRs), the parties will enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR upon account activation.
The Provider supplies tools to support RENTRI and FatturaPA regulatory compliance, but does not guarantee the compliance of data entered by the User and is not a substitute for legal or tax advice. The User remains solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance.
The RENTRI Check on the website is purely indicative and does not constitute regulatory, legal or tax advice.
7. Limitazione di responsabilità
7. Limitation of Liability
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge applicabile, il Fornitore non è responsabile per:
- Interruzioni del Servizio dovute a manutenzione programmata, guasti tecnici o cause di forza maggiore;
- Danni derivanti da utilizzo scorretto del Servizio o da dati inseriti dall'Utente;
- Sanzioni o conseguenze normative derivanti dalla non conformità dei dati dell'Utente;
- Perdite di dati imputabili a comportamenti dell'Utente o a eventi fuori dal controllo ragionevole del Fornitore.
La responsabilità massima del Fornitore nei confronti dell'Utente, per qualsiasi causa, è limitata all'importo corrisposto dall'Utente per il Servizio nei 12 mesi precedenti all'evento che ha generato il danno.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for:
- Service interruptions due to planned maintenance, technical failures or force majeure;
- Damages arising from improper use of the Service or from data entered by the User;
- Penalties or regulatory consequences arising from non-compliance of the User's data;
- Data losses attributable to User conduct or events beyond the Provider's reasonable control.
The Provider's maximum liability to the User, for any cause, is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
8. Sospensione e risoluzione
8. Suspension & Termination
Il Fornitore si riserva il diritto di sospendere o terminare l'accesso al Servizio in caso di:
- Violazione dei presenti Termini;
- Mancato pagamento (per i piani a pagamento);
- Utilizzo del Servizio per scopi illeciti o fraudolenti.
L'Utente può recedere in qualsiasi momento inviando comunicazione a info@intheeu.net. In caso di recesso, i Dati Operativi possono essere esportati entro 30 giorni dalla data di recesso.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of:
- Breach of these Terms;
- Non-payment (for paid plans);
- Use of the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
The User may withdraw at any time by sending notice to info@intheeu.net. Upon withdrawal, Operational Data may be exported within 30 days of the withdrawal date.
9. Modifiche al Servizio e ai Termini
9. Changes to Service & Terms
Il Fornitore può aggiornare i presenti Termini e le funzionalità del Servizio. Le modifiche sostanziali saranno comunicate con almeno 14 giorni di preavviso via email o tramite avviso nella piattaforma. L'utilizzo continuato del Servizio dopo tale termine costituisce accettazione delle modifiche. In caso di mancata accettazione, l'Utente può recedere come previsto all'art. 8.
The Provider may update these Terms and Service features. Material changes will be notified with at least 14 days' advance notice by email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after such period constitutes acceptance of the changes. If the User does not accept, they may withdraw as provided in section 8.
10. Legge applicabile e foro competente
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
I presenti Termini sono disciplinati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia derivante o connessa ai presenti Termini, sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Napoli, salvo diversa disposizione inderogabile di legge (es. foro del consumatore). Per gli utenti che agiscono in qualità di consumatori ai sensi del D.Lgs. 206/2005, si applicano le tutele previste dal Codice del Consumo.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples, unless otherwise required by mandatory law (e.g. consumer jurisdiction rules). Users acting as consumers under D.Lgs. 206/2005 are entitled to the protections of the Italian Consumer Code. For disputes arising in other EU member states, applicable EU consumer protection regulations apply.
