In brief: Ecosystem RENTRI is an Italian SaaS platform for digital management of waste transport forms (FIR), RENTRI compliance, FatturaPA e-invoicing and operational tracking for transporters. It is developed by WIDE di D. Papa (Naples) with technology support from æ Aeonian Engineering Limited (Hong Kong).

RENTRI (the National Electronic Registry for Waste Tracking) has introduced significant digitalisation obligations for Italian companies that produce, transport and dispose of waste. The bureaucracy does not disappear: it becomes digital. Our mission is to ensure that this transition does not block company operations - especially smaller ones without a dedicated compliance department.
Ecosystem turns a regulatory obligation into an operational advantage: fewer errors, less paper, fewer phone calls chasing information. More time to do the actual work.

The product
Ecosystem是一个多角色平台，专为废物全生命周期管理设计：
- 生产商 - 结构化收集请求、数字FIR表单、装卸登记册、合规导出；
- 运输商 - 行程规划、封闭式追踪系统（无需个人手机应用）、带时间戳的文件照片、实时FIR；
- 目的地/处理设施 - 集成文件接收和管理；
- 电子发票 - 完整FatturaPA（TD01–TD28）、发送至SDI、数字存档。
平台以云SaaS或本地部署（客户硬件）方式提供，使用相同的代码库。
Ecosystem is a multi-role platform designed for the entire waste cycle:
- Producers - structured collection request, digital FIR, load/unload registries, compliant export;
- Transporters - trip planning, closed tracking system (no personal phone app required), timestamped documentary photos, real-time FIR;
- Destinations / Plants - integrated document management and reception;
- E-Invoicing - full FatturaPA (TD01–TD28), SDI submission, digital archiving.
The platform is available as cloud SaaS or on-premises on customer hardware, with the same codebase.

- No Google Analytics - we do not track visitors with third-party tools;
- Local RENTRI Check - the self-assessment tool calculates everything in the browser, no data transmitted;
- Data in Italy - primary infrastructure is hosted in Italy;
- Closed driver tracking - the GPS/field module uses a company system, without personal apps or profiling;
- No third-party marketing sharing - your data is not sold or shared with advertisers.
